Redesigned the library site for the Harvard University Library in a minimum of time. Most pages of the site are maintained by different workers within the library system who have varying degrees of HTML knowledge. The "frame" for each page makes this possible.

Automated the collection and processing of statistics (expenditures, acquisitions, staff size) for the over 90 libraries at Harvard, saving time and money for the central staff. Created a Calendar of Events, elegant, functional, and easy to administrate. Placed discussion list information online. No longer affiliated with the site.
